Admission Officer (1 Positions)

Job Description:

o To set the strategic direction and targets of admission for the given academic year

o To develop, execute, and assess office policies, procedures, and data processing systems
of the Admissions Office.

o To work in close liaison with the Director Admissions, providing him the necessary
guidelines and policies/procedures to adhere to;

o To supervise, manage, evaluate, select, hire, and discipline as necessary, all regular and
temporary Admissions personnel.

o To assist in the development of coordinated financial aid, advisement and registration
processes for new students.

o To present the university with studies, reports, and analyses of admissions data as
requested.

o To manage and participate in recruitment and admissions activities.

o To oversee the design of promotional literature and display materials for admissions
recruiting and ensure appropriate coordination of admissions and public relations staff.

o To attend conventions, meetings, and conferences as necessary to maintain knowledge
of existing and new admissions and recruiting policies, practices, and procedures.

o To perform other duties as assigned by the Vice Chancellor in relation the Admissions.

o Budget Responsibilities: Responsible for the development, management, and
adherence to the Admissions department budget, including accurate forecasting
of needs.
