Collaborating with Genetics Pharmaceuticals, the Seekers Specially Abled Society organized a mental health awareness seminar at Minhaj University Lahore. Dr. Huma Aslam, a renowned psychiatrist, led the session, emphasizing the need to address depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges. "Mental health is the cornerstone of overall well-being, and addressing it openly can help break the stigma," Dr. Huma remarked. Khurram Khurshid, who staged the event, highlighted the importance of such initiatives in creating a supportive environment. Prof. Dr. Sajid Mehmood Shahzad, Vice Chancellor of Minhaj University, graced the occasion, concluding, "Mental health awareness is vital for a thriving academic and social life.
