1. Participants must be from the following Sessions ONLY. (Those who have completed their program)

Fall 2017-21 (BS) - Spring 2018-22 (BS) - Fall 2019-21 (MA/MSc) - Spring 2020-22 (MA/MSc) - Fall 2019-21 (MS/MPhil) - Spring 2020-22 (MS/MPhil)

2. Registration Fee Rs.3000/- (per registration) must be transferred/deposited through Bank Deposits, Funds Transfer, ATM fund transfer, Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa etc. Bank details are given below.

3. Fill the Convocation Registration form carefully and accurately. Upload Payment proof (Screenshot or readable picture of payment slip) while filling the form.

4. Registration confirmation is subject to confirmation of payment by the Bank.

5. Gold Medalists are allowed to bring ONLY 01 (ONE) family member with them (without registration). However, if they want bring 02 (TWO) family members, the will have to register for the second one.

6. Other participants (Other than Gold Medalists) are NOT allowed to bring anyone with them.

7. Children are NOT allowed.

8. All the registered students must attend Convocation Rehearsal on Sunday 13th November, 2022 from 12:00 pm in Minhaj University Lahore

9. The students can get their Entry Passes and Gowns at the Rehearsal Day. Gowns can be obtained by paying fee (Rs. 1300/-) at the designated stalls:

i. Gown Charges Rs.300/-

ii. Security Fee (Refundable) Rs.1000/-

Convocation Registrations are closed. On Campus registrations open till 13th November 2022
