MOU with Minhaj Halal Certification

Trillion dollars Industry of Halal Food is pathetically lagging behind in Muslim Countries(Says Dr. Muhammad Shahid Soroya PVC-MUL)
The School of Food & Nutrition of Minhaj University Lahore signed a MOU with Minhaj Halal Certification (PVT.LTD) for mutual collaboration and efforts to promote Halal Food Industry In Pakistan.
Dr. Muhammad Shahid Soroya stated,’’ Halal food Industry is a promising Industry globally; but, pathetically lagging behind in Muslim Countries. It is high time to promote this trillion dollars industry. Hence, as per the vision of Dr Hussain Mohi-ud- Din Qadri, Deputy Chairman BOG- MUL, we have been strenuously engaged to uplift this auspicious industry. In this respect, for the students of Food & Nutrition, we have initiated various programs of Halal Food Certification. Besides this, it is integral to encourage outstanding students related to this industry as per need of Halal Food prevailing market.”
Dr.Jawad Iqbal, HOD of the School of Food & Nutrition extended immense importance to this MOU for the progression of Halal Food Industry by Minhaj University Lahore.
The MOU was duly signed by Mr.Jawad Iqbal, HOD the School of Food & Nutrition and Mr.Saeed Alam, Director Business Development, Halal Certification(PVT-LTD) at the conference room of Jaber-Bin-Hayan Block
